What is this DUTY line item at checkout?
It is the cost to import goods, based on retail value, to the United States and is paid directly to US Customs and Border Protection.

Until recently, many shipments, valued under $800 USD, entered the U.S. duty-free under the De Minimis Exemption. As of August 29, 2025, this exemption has been cancelled. This means that all orders, regardless of total value, will now include customs duties or taxes.

We collect this fee upfront and then use Delivered Duty Paid (DPP) shipping so you won’t receive a surprise bill from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

To help offset this additional cost, to US based customers, we provide FREE shipping on orders over $125.00 USD.
